What even is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that helps you live in sync with your own nature and the natural world.
It’s less “strict diet plan” and more “ohhh that’s why I feel off today.”

I use it to support women in understanding their rhythms, regulating their energy, and softening the wild edges of transition — without needing to overhaul their lives or adding more stress

Ayurveda is about becoming aware of the elements within you — and gently balancing them through tiny, nourishing rituals that meet you where you are. This ancient wisdom seeps into your tissues, steadies your mind, and helps you rise — into a body that feels like home again: vibrant, easeful, and alive.
